Man City finally got their hands on the Premier League trophy after an unbelievable season. Man Utd were minutes away from retaining their crown before Sergio Aguero's injury time strike sealed the win for City. At the bottom end of the table QPR survived after Stoke drew 2-2 with Bolton sending them down to the Championship along with Blackburn and Wolves.
