HART & STURRIDGE OUT!

The England duo have been ruled out of Wednesday's friendly with Italy due to injury. Joe Hart has a back problem while Sturridge suffered a toe injury while playing for Chelsea in the Community Shield loss to Man City yesterday. Strangely Roy Hodgson has chosen not to call up any replacements. Anyway here's Joe Hart dancing like a loon. LOL!

ROONEY: BRING IN RVP!

Man Utd striker Wayne Rooney believes bringing Arsenal's Robin Van Persie to the club would be a great move. United already have Danny Welbeck, Dimitar Berbatov and Javier Hernandez as attacking options but Rooney thinks there's room for the Dutchman. He said, "He's a fantastic player. He's been amazing for Arsenal over many years. Last season was probably his best season of all." 

BOLT: LET ME PLAY FOR MAN UTD!

The fastest man on the planet insists he can do a job for Sir Alex Ferguson if he was given a trail at the club. The Jamaican, who is a lifelong Man Utd fan, had this to say, "If Alex Ferguson called me up and said, ‘OK let’s do this, come and have a trial’, it would be impossible for me to say No." United could do with adding some speed to their midfield what with old men Giggs and Scholes still going! LOL!

FERGIE: I WANT RVP!

Man Utd manager Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed the club have put in an offer for the want-a-way striker. Arsenal are said to want around £30 million for the Dutchman, who has refused to ink a new deal at the Emirates. Meanwhile Man City are losing interest in a possible deal, while Italian side Juventus are still in the hunt. 

UNCERTAIN FUTURE FOR CARROLL!

Andy Carroll has not travelled to Belarus for Liverpool's Europa League qualifier against Gomel. The club are saying the big man hasn't travelled due to injury but rumour has it he's edging nearer to the exit door with interest being shown from West Ham and Newcastle. Robin Van Persie has Man City, Man Utd and Juventus all chasing his signature. The Arsenal striker has said he wants to leave Arsenal after hardly winning any silverware in his six years at the club. Van Persie won the PFA Player of the Year award last season. Check out the video below to see why!

KOMPANY SIGNS NEW DEAL!

The Man City captain has committed his future to the Premier League champions by agreeing a new six year deal. Kompany signed from Hamburg in 2008 and doesn't see any reason to leave Eastlands. "For me if you are good somewhere then there is no reason to look elsewhere," he said. City won the Premier League on goal difference on the final day of the season.
